One day dedicated on the cooking class.
We will start in the morning, going to the local market to buy all the ingredients. In the afternoon will go in the kitchen, where a professional Chef and his staff will work with us. We will form 4 groups for antipasto, primo, secondo and dessert and each group will be responsible for preparing a traditional meal. For dinner, each group will explain to the other guests how the meal was prepared.
You will be the protagonists of your dishes.
