Daily food activities
Our guests will have the unique opportunity to live an extraordinary day as a local people:
- Truffle hunting. We will reach a truffle producer, who will explain us the varieties, the production and all the details about truffle; then will go with him in the wood with hunting dogs, searching real truffle. After that, will come back to the company, tasting the fresh truffle found, paired with local food and great wine.
- Olive harvest. Will reach an olive producer, helping him to harvest his olive trees, going to the mill for the olive oil process and the final tasting.
- Cheese making. We will reach a cheese farm, where local producers will be waiting for us making cheese with them and tasting the freshest cheese ever.
