At 8:00 AM a private transfer will take you up from the hotel to Porta Nuova, walking distance to the Cathedral of Palermo, where we will start the guided tour of the City with professional tour guide who will explain all the secrets of the city, its architecture its history, the local market and the best pastry shops to taste some Sicilian specialties, as Cannoli and Granita.
At 11:00 AM we will go to Mondello with our private transfer to enjoy the beautiful beach of Mondello and visit this little nice village discovering the local street food.
At 3:30 PM we will reach a selected restaurant, where the chef and his staff will teach you how to prepare typical and traditional local dishes. In this way you will learn the secrets of local and Italian cuisine. After the cooking class, at dinner time, you will eat what you have cooked; the menu will be paired with the most suitable local wine. Enjoy the experience!
At the end of the experience you will be brought back to the hotel.
