Sunday March 22nd: Roma Fiumicino Airport/Foligno
Arrival at Roma Fiumicino airport in the morning and private bus transfer to our first destination: Foligno. Check in at 4 stars hotel in Foligno, free time and welcome dinner, all together, in a selected restaurant in Foligno.
Monday March 23rd: Foligno/Perugia/Bevagna/Foligno
After breakfast at the hotel, we will go to Perugia, the Capital of the region, for an amazing guided tour of the city, with our English-speaking tour guide. After the guided tour, you will enjoy your free time and lunch on your own in the city. In the afternoon, after a little free time at the hotel, we will visit Bevagna, a pretty medieval village still in great shape, walking in the village and, at dinner time, will meet together in a selected restaurant.
Tuesday March 24th: Foligno
After breakfast, we will visit an olive oil producer in Foligno, with the visit of their own mill and the olives groove. After the visit, we will enjoy the olive oil tasting and lunch with the producer. In the afternoon you will have free time and dinner on your own in Foligno.
Wednesday March 25th: Foligno/Assisi/Gubbio
Today, pack your bags and, while you have breakfast, Attavola staff will collect your luggage to move to Gubbio, another beautiful medieval town, located in the Northern part of the region. During the road, we will make a stop in Assisi, the St Francis’ city, to enjoy the guided tour of the city and, after the walking tour, you will be free to discover the typical food of the area. After lunch time, we will reach Gubbio, check in at the 4 stars hotel, have your free time and dinner, all together, in a selected restaurant.
Thursday March 26th: Gubbio/Gualdo Tadino/Gubbio
This morning, after breakfast, we will reach a cheese farm, close by Gubbio, learning about the production, discovering the farm and enjoying a tasting lunch with the producer. After lunch, if you like, you will have the chance to buy some products at their store, following we will come back to the hotel. In the afternoon you will be free to relax at the hotel or discovering Gubbio on your own and its typical food.
Friday March 27th: Gubbio/Umbertide/Gubbio
Today you cook! In the morning, after breakfast, will visit a beautiful winery in Umbertide, with their cellar and vineyards. After the visit will enjoy the tasting wine and tasting lunch with the producer. After lunch we will come back to the hotel. In the afternoon we will go in the kitchen, for the cooking class: a professional chef will work with your group and you will be responsible for preparing a traditional Umbria meal. The chef and his team will assist you in the preparation of the dishes. At dinner, you will enjoy what you have cooked! Tonight, cooking class dinner.
Saturday March 28th: Gubbio/Orvieto/Roma
Today, pack your bags and, while you have breakfast, Attavola staff will collect your luggage to move to… Roma, La città eterna (the eternal city)! We will make a stop in Orvieto, enjoying your free morning in this beautiful medieval village on top of the mountain and discovering on your own its typical food. In the afternoon, check in at the 4 stars hotel in Roma, free time, walking, shopping, enjoying the city and dinner on your own.
Sunday March 29th: Roma
After breakfast, you will enjoy the historical guided tour of Roma, lunch on your own and free afternoon enjoying the city for last shopping or packing your bags. We ill meet all together for the group dinner in a selected restaurant.
Monday March 30th: Roma/Roma Fiumicino Airport
After breakfast, transfer to Roma Fiumicino airport.
